The only details to be included on the packaging will be the recipients details and the senders details. parcel so you can be assured that your co-workers, parents or partners will be none the wiser!
Delivery Times
Please note that estimated delivery times are based upon the time and date your order leaves our Sydney.
Your order will be shipped via Australia Post eParcel or Express Post. We strive to process your order within 24 hours of it being received. In metropolitan areas this will mean delivery within 2-4 business days. In regional areas, delivery will usually take 4-10 business days however; can sometimes be longer in remote areas. Over holiday periods and during sales promotions however this may not always be possible. If your order is delayed for any reason, we endeavor to contact you and advise you of shipping times. Please ensure you address are current details carefully when placing your order though as we cannot accept responsibility for extra shipping costs incurred as a result of insufficient or incorrect address information. If your parcel is returned to us because your order did not contain sufficient or complete information or has not been pick it up, one of our Customer Care Team members will contact you either by telephone or by email however you will incur an additional postage and handling fee of $10 regardless of the value of your order. If there is no-one to accept delivery at the street address nominated in your order, the postman will take your parcel to your nearest Australia Post Office, leaving a card at your nominated street address advising you when and where the parcel may be collected at your convenience. There is no additional charge for this service.
Returns are accepted
Items must be returned within 30 days of the item being sold. Item must be returned in original condition, unopened and in original packaging. It is the responsibility of the buyer to return the item to us. Please contact us before attempting to return the item. Refund will be given once item has been reviewed by us and deemed as new in original condition. It is important that items are returned in original condition due to health and safety reasons. If the item is not fit for resale then a refund will not be given to the buyer. In the rare case of a faulty product, please contact us and we will provide information on our faulty product return process.
